The Chosen Path

"Phenomenon" I picked up this book yesterday, last nite I started reading it. What an interesting perspective on this thing called life. Sylvia Browne is a world famous physic- she's on Montel every now and then as well. She mentions in her book that we all choose our path in life. Even before we are conceived, we all choose our path. This being the case, I wonder why we all choose such sadness? Such hurt ? Why would we want that ? Something to ponder I guess.
