LOVE

Love- What a mysterious feeling... Love is patient, love is blind, Love keeps me from freckin going ballistic on my stubborn ass husband- that- and jail time.. Whew I feel better now.. I was talking to a dear friend of mine today on the internet, we talked about places and things, I asked him if he ever just wanted to go away- To a place of serenity, just for a while, a place where everything in the world is right. He told me about a house he would have, a light blue house, surrounded by a porch, that looks out onto the ocean. The grass is green, the Lilac flowers are blooming, along with the gardenias , the windows are open, a breeze comes by and all at once you smell the flowers ..the sea air.. The sound of the ocean ..That soothing sound..I could picture and feel every moment of his description. I so wish I had this place he described, isn't it amazing what the mind can conceive. I wonder..given the opportunity for each of us to go to our own serine place, yet never come back, I wonder how many of us would go. Would it be worth it? To be alone, yet at peace. Or would the loneliness outweigh the serenity.. These are the things I wonder about. What's this all about anyway? This thing called life. I once heard someone say- Life is about LOVE - Nothing more, nothing less. When all is gone, Love is all that remains. I believe this, I don't see any other reason to be here? Who cares where I live? What I wear? Life boys and girls is about loving. Loving in many different forms. The smile you bring to your true friends face after you haven't seen them in years. The smile you bring to your sisters face, even after both of you have vowed never to speak to each other again. A hug from someone YOU KNOW loves you-a friend that takes time to comfort you when you are down. A friend who's imagination and love take you to a serine place..That my friends- is what life's about.. Love ya Wes !!!!
